What we can handle
- Incorrect or outdated instructions, mismatched numbers or screenshots.
- Broken internal links, pages that fail to load, layout problems.
- Download entry problems, such as a failed redirect or a build that does not match the description.
- Copyright or trademark concerns, which we act on after verification.
What belongs to the service provider
Sign-in failures, membership charges and refunds, catalogue licensing and in-app bugs are handled by the app itself. Use its built-in feedback entry and attach a screenshot.
Response
Content corrections ship with the next page update after verification. Anything involving the download entry or a safety risk is handled first. For copyright notices, state the page and the basis of the claim.
