Qishui Music FAQ
Four groups of questions that come up most often. If yours is not here, the guides page walks through the same checks in order: network, permissions, cache, version.
Download and install
Where can I download Qishui Music?
The download page lists version, package size and requirements per platform, and every button opens the same redirect page that serves the build for your device. Avoid cloud-drive links, ad landing pages and anything labelled cracked or ad-free.
Android says the source is unknown. Should I continue?
That warning appears for any install outside a store. Once the source checks out, allow the install for that app, then turn the permission back off afterwards.
The App Store cannot find the app. Was it removed?
Not necessarily. Account region, store cache, device compatibility and spelling all change the result. Check the Apple ID region and iOS version first; the guide has the full order.
Can I use desktop and mobile at the same time?
Yes. Signing in on both keeps playlists and saved tracks in sync; playback position follows whichever device you used last.
Troubleshooting
The app crashes on launch.
Confirm you are on the current build, clear the app cache, review storage and notification permissions, restart the device, and only then reinstall. Skipping straight to a reinstall usually repeats the same failure.
It opens but nothing plays.
Separate single-track problems from global ones by testing two or three popular songs. A few silent tracks point to licensing or region limits; total silence points to network, account or cache.
Sign-in keeps failing.
Check the connection, whether the verification code arrives, and how many devices are signed in. Switching sign-in method often bypasses a single broken channel.
There is no sound at all.
Check device volume, the silent switch, whether Bluetooth is routing audio elsewhere, and the app audio permission. Car systems and headphones are the usual culprits.
Features and settings
How do I change audio quality?
Set streaming quality and download quality separately. People who only change the streaming tier often find their offline playlists still take the same storage.
How do I clear the cache?
Use the storage or cache screen inside the app, or clear it from the system app settings. Clearing cache removes temporary playback data, not the playlists you downloaded.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Cancel it in the payment channel you used, not inside the app. Check the subscription or automatic payment section of that wallet or store account.
How does Douyin sync work?
Sign in with the Douyin account and saved or liked tracks sync into the library, including later additions. If sync fails, confirm both sides use the same account.
Safety and trademarks
Are modified builds safe to use?
No. Repacked builds commonly add ad SDKs, upload data in the background, hijack the browser, or replace payment entries. None are listed or recommended here.
Is this the official site?
No. This is an independent guide site covering download, install and usage. Qishui Music and related marks belong to Beijing Douyin Information Service Co., Ltd.
Who handles account problems?
Use the in-app feedback entry for account, payment and catalogue issues. This site can help with download, install and configuration questions.
